To apply to get on the guest list for the Academic please be sure to complete the following form 48 hours prior to the date requested.
Please fill out the form entirely as all areas are required for your guest list request to be processed. A guest services representative from the Academic will call or email you to confirm your request in detail.
Ladies birthdays and stagettes get special treatment at Academic.
